TITAN TECH ARMOUR SHOWCASES TAIWANESE TACTICAL INNOVATION AT TADTE 2025

We at Titan Tech Armour (TTA) — also representing Taiwanese Tactical Armour — are proud to have achieved remarkable success at this year’s Taiwan Aerospace & Defense Technology Exhibition (TADTE 2025). Our participation drew strong attention from global defense and industrial representatives, leading to multiple collaboration invitations from international defense and technology companies.

The highlight of our showcase was the debut of the Forticoat™ Drone, our latest innovation integrating our exclusive Forticoat™ polyurea protective coating with a 3D-sculpted EPS (expanded polystyrene) lightweight composite structure. This Forticoat™ composite design delivers exceptional impact resistance, heat tolerance, and weather durability while maintaining an ultra-light weight. The Forticoat Drone represents a major milestone in expanding Forticoat™ technology beyond ballistic and blast protection — into tactical and unmanned systems. It symbolizes our continuous pursuit of lighter, stronger, and smarter protective technologies.

Ballistic and Protection Systems

As one of the few defense manufacturers in Asia with fully vertical in-house production, we manage every stage of development — from high-molecular-weight polyethylene (HMWPE) fiber manufacturing and composite molding to coating formulation and final finishing. This integrated capability ensures consistent quality, performance reliability, and adherence to rigorous international standards.

We have successfully improved traditional helmet manufacturing processes, achieving backface deformation under 10 mm and a V50 ballistic rating exceeding 2,600 ft/s, setting a new benchmark in lightweight ballistic protection.

3D Breathable Pad Innovation

In addition to hard armor solutions, we presented our newly developed 3D breathable impact-absorbing pad system — designed to provide comfort and ventilation without compromising protection. Using advanced 3D mesh architecture and energy-dissipating polymers, the pad offers outstanding airflow, rapid moisture dispersion, and reliable shock absorption for prolonged wear in high-temperature environments. This innovation has gained particular interest from tactical gear manufacturers and industrial safety sectors seeking ergonomic, next-generation protection.

Global Collaboration and Vision

Throughout the exhibition, our booth became a key meeting point for delegations from Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Many expressed strong interest in collaborating on coating applications, materials supply, and tactical integration projects.
At TTA, we are not only a product manufacturer — we also provide material sales, coating supply, and OEM services, enabling partners to integrate our technologies into their own platforms.

“TADTE 2025 has been an extraordinary milestone for us,” said Jennifer Liao, International Business Director at Titan Tech Armour. “We are deeply honored to showcase Taiwan’s defense innovation to the world. Being recognized as a capable defense manufacturer is not just an achievement — it’s our mission to represent Taiwan’s strength in advanced protection technologies.”

Alongside the Forticoat™ Drone, we also exhibited our core product lines — including 3D-woven ballistic helmets, modular ceramic composite armor plates, and advanced impact-dissipation systems — all tested to meet or exceed NIJ, STANAG, and MIL-STD-810H standards.

At TTA, our philosophy centers on lightweight design, modular protection, and scalable innovation. As we continue expanding collaborations across global defense and industrial sectors, we remain committed to advancing Taiwanese Tactical Armour as a trusted name in next-generation protective technology.
